Bitcoin ETFs Bleed $463M Over Four Sessions; Ether Funds Finish Week Up $197M

Four days of Bitcoin ETF withdrawals
Farside Investors reported that Bitcoin ETF withdrawals spanned four trading sessions from Tuesday to Friday. SoSoValue data show the selling peaked on Thursday with $282.7 million in net outflows—the largest single-day withdrawal since July—before slowing to a $13.2 million outflow on Friday.
Who led the outflows
Among Bitcoin products, ARK 21Shares’ Bitcoin ETF saw the largest weekly net outflows at $234.2 million, followed by Grayscale’s Bitcoin Trust ETF at $129.1 million. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust recorded $52.5 million in weekly net outflows, and Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund shed $50.7 million, according to the source report.
September still net positive for Bitcoin ETFs
Despite last week’s reversal, spot Bitcoin ETFs remain in positive territory for September, with approximately $307.3 million in net inflows through Friday, per the source report.
Ether ETFs turn positive on Friday
Farside Investors’ data show U.S. spot Ether ETFs recorded net inflows of $196.9 million over the same four-day span. Flows were mixed early in the week—$24.3 million in outflows on Tuesday, $34.7 million in inflows on Wednesday, and $29.9 million in outflows on Thursday—before flipping positive on Friday with $216.4 million in net inflows.
On Friday, BlackRock’s iShares Ethereum Trust ETF led with $148.8 million of inflows, followed by the 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF at $29.1 million, according to the source report.
